  Chongqing Aixie Technology Co., Ltd. was upgraded and developed from the Chongqing Aixie Thermal Treatment Plant. The company is a member of the Chinese Society for Heat Treatment, the Chongqing Heat Treatment Industry Association, and the Chongqing Mould Industry Association. Its headquarters is located in Xipeng Industrial Park, a municipal-level specialized industrial park in Chongqing’s Economic and Technological Development Zone. After nearly two decades of technological innovation and steady growth, the company has now evolved into a specialized manufacturer integrating design, R&D, production, and sales of vacuum industrial furnaces, heat treatment industrial furnaces, and experimental furnaces. It also undertakes research and development of heat treatment processing for parts, as well as services including relocation, installation, and maintenance of heat treatment equipment.

  Our company has introduced advanced industrial furnace technologies from Europe, the U.S., and China, and has established a research and development team equipped with cutting-edge heat treatment furnace technology and highly skilled professionals in specialized heat treatment processes. At the same time, we collaborate with universities, research institutions, and large and medium-sized enterprises both domestically and internationally. We have rigorously built a quality assurance system—covering design, development, production, installation, and service—based on the ISO9001:2015 quality management system. We provide heat treatment equipment and services to nearly a thousand customers across various industries, including aerospace, shipbuilding and military industry, rail transit, automotive and motorcycle manufacturing, mechanical and electronic engineering, metallurgy and chemical industries, as well as research institutes and universities.

  The Equipment Production Department of the Love Association’s main products include: vacuum electric heating industrial furnaces—such as double-chamber oil-quenching pressurized gas-cooling vacuum furnaces, single-chamber high-pressure gas-quenching vacuum furnaces, vacuum positive-pressure tempering furnaces, vacuum annealing furnaces, vertical vacuum annealing furnaces, vacuum brazing furnaces, vacuum pressurized sintering furnaces, titanium alloy vacuum heat treatment furnaces, and non-standard vacuum furnaces; heat treatment electric/gas-fired industrial furnaces—including box furnaces, well-type furnaces, well-type carburizing furnaces, nitriding furnaces, roller furnaces, carriage furnaces, vertical solid-solution furnaces, and aging furnaces; specialized heat treatment lines—such as push-plate (boat) type quenching (normalizing) lines, roller conveyor mesh belt type quenching (normalizing) lines, roller bar type T6 lines, and box furnace unit quenching (normalizing) lines; and electric heating experimental furnaces—including crucible furnaces, muffle furnaces, high-temperature box furnaces, lifting furnaces, tube furnaces, experimental drying ovens, high-vacuum tube furnaces, and experimental vacuum furnaces—both standard and non-standard experimental equipment. Among these, the vacuum electric heating industrial furnaces, heat treatment electric (gas) heating industrial furnaces, and electric heating experimental furnaces have reached internationally advanced levels and have obtained numerous national invention and utility model patents.

  The Heat Treatment Processing Department of the Love Association specializes in heat treatment services, with a primary focus on the R&D of new products, processes, and technologies for heat-treated molds, tools, and fixtures. We are dedicated to addressing common issues in heat-treated tool and mold products, such as low strength, short service life, and easy deformation. Through independent innovation, we have obtained numerous proprietary patented technologies. Our factory is equipped with sophisticated machinery, boasts strong technical expertise, and possesses robust processing capabilities. We have more than 30 pieces of heat treatment equipment, including two vacuum oil quenching furnaces, three high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, one PLC-controlled induction quenching machine, and various large, medium, and small car-type furnaces, well-type gas nitriding furnaces, carburizing furnaces, well-type heating and tempering furnaces, and box furnaces. Additionally, we are equipped with over 20 testing devices for performance hardness measurement, metallographic analysis, non-destructive flaw detection, and non-destructive hardness testing. Most of our equipment is at the leading domestic level. Our main heat treatment processing services include: vacuum carburizing of molds and dies, quenching (oil quenching, high-pressure gas quenching), tempering of finished products, quenching, nitriding, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, normalizing, annealing, induction hardening, sandblasting, shot peening, and more. Among these, our oxidation-free (low-oxidation) heat treatment process for molds and dies stands out as uniquely distinctive and places us at the forefront of the industry.
