It can also be used for constant-temperature experiments.
 
  Product features:
  1. The equipment consists of a workroom, a circulating air duct, a heating system, and a control system, among other components.
  2. The enclosure’s sheet metal is fabricated using CNC machine tools, featuring advanced process technology and excellent craftsmanship.
  3. The studio features mirror-finish stainless steel panels, while the outer casing is made of cold-rolled steel sheet with an electrostatic powder-coated finish. The overall color scheme is harmonious, elegant, and visually appealing.
  4. Excellent thermal insulation performance: The insulation layer is filled with ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton for superior heat retention and thermal isolation. The insulation layer’s thickness is optimally designed to prevent heat from escaping during high-temperature operation, ensuring outstanding insulation effectiveness.
  5. The inner side of the cabinet door features a concave-convex structural design, which enhances the door’s thermal insulation performance. The door is equipped with a large-view, double-layer tempered glass observation window.   6. The fan duct and circulation system are designed rationally, ensuring a more scientific and efficient airflow direction, which enhances the uniformity of temperature within the working chamber. High-performance motors and fan blades are employed, featuring a gentle air convection device that enables continuous renewal and circulation of air inside the chamber.
  7. The heating system features oxidation-resistant stainless steel heating tubes with a heating efficiency of up to 99% and a long service life.
 
  Temperature measurement and control:
  1. This device’s temperature control system employs microcomputer single-chip technology and features functions such as temperature control, timing, and overtemperature alarm. It utilizes anti-integral saturation P, I, and D control, along with optimized automatic tuning capabilities for P, I, and D parameters.
  2. The instrument features a dual-screen, high-brightness digital tube display that provides accurate and intuitive readings with superior performance. Adjustment and settings are made via touch-sensitive buttons.
  3. Temperature measurement is performed using a high-precision PT100 platinum resistance sensor.
