Product Description
Usage: Primarily used for firing ceramics, it is also widely employed in scientific research and small-batch production by enterprises and institutions, as well as in ceramic, metallurgical, electronic, glass, chemical, mechanical, refractory materials, new materials development, special materials, and building materials research and teaching at universities and colleges.
Features:
The electric furnace features a user-friendly design that is both aesthetically pleasing and elegant, with simple operation. The outer paint layer is applied using a high-temperature baking process with powder coating. It boasts excellent resistance to high temperatures, oxidation, and acids and alkalis. The color options are fade-resistant shades that won’t lose their luster even after prolonged use.
The electric furnace shell features a double-layer forced-air cooling design, ensuring that the outer surface temperature of the furnace remains close to room temperature even when the furnace is operating at its highest temperature, thereby preventing accidental injuries.
Easy to operate, programmable in 30–50 segments; features PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic holding temperature, and automatic cooling—all without the need for constant supervision. An optional computer communication module is available for operating the furnace via a computer (including starting and stopping the furnace, pausing the heating process, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, and viewing historical curves). The software is provided free of charge—see “Computer Control System” for details.
The electric furnace employs an integrated circuit, modular control, and dual-loop protection (including functions such as over-temperature protection, over-temperature protection, thermocouple failure protection, overcurrent protection, and overpressure protection), ensuring stable, reliable, and safe operation of the furnace.
Made from advanced, lightweight alumina ceramic fiber developed domestically, this material boasts excellent thermal insulation performance, is lightweight yet highly resistant to high temperatures, withstands rapid temperature changes without cracking, crystallizing, or shedding particles—eliminating any risk of contamination in the fired products. Its energy-saving efficiency reaches 60% to 80% of that of conventional electric furnaces.
