Protective Atmosphere Roller-Type Heat Treatment Furnace
A heat treatment furnace is an electric or fuel-fired furnace used for heating and treating furnace charges. Commonly used heat treatment furnaces include box-type resistance furnaces, well-type resistance furnaces, gas carburizing furnaces, and salt-bath furnaces. Typically, continuous furnaces are employed, in which workpieces are continuously loaded through the charging door, pass through the furnace chamber, and are continuously discharged through the discharge door. The most common internal conveying method involves placing the workpieces on heat-resistant steel rails and using a stepwise moving beam or pusher to transport them.
