  B Roller-bar Type Aluminum Alloy T6 Heat Treatment Line
  1. Applications: Primarily used for solution treatment and aging heat treatment of large-scale aluminum alloy castings, extrusions, and forgings. Also mainly used for annealing, solution treatment, aging, and stress-relief annealing of aluminum alloy materials.
  II. Characteristics
  The material basket uses a segmented roller conveyor, ensuring smooth, accurate, and reliable operation.
  A rapid and stable quenching transfer mechanism ensures that the workpiece experiences minimal temperature drop during the quenching transfer process, thereby improving the quenching quality of the workpiece.
  Uniformity of furnace temperature in solid-solution heating furnaces and aging furnaces: Class I furnaces ≤ ±3℃, Class II furnaces ≤ ±5℃.
  Workpiece quenching transfer time in the solution heat treatment furnace: ≤15 seconds.
  The unique quenching tank features a “Yongquan-style” high-intensity circulating stirring device, ensuring uniform quenching quality of the workpieces.
  The continuous furnace is equipped with a PLC programmable controller, a touch screen, and an industrial PC for monitoring. The equipment is advanced, reliable, and highly automated.
  The solution annealing furnace and aging furnace employ PID control, utilize imported instruments for temperature regulation, and feature powerful circulating fans to enhance the uniformity of furnace temperature.
  Segmented multi-group roller-bar drive, equipped with a synchronous device patented and practically applied by Chongqing Yangtze River, ensures smooth and reliable operation.
  The operating position and stroke are detected using photoelectric switches, while Omron limit switches provide control, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
  The cycle times of the production line operations are all adjusted via PLC. The PLC used is a programmable controller of the Omron CQMIH model from Japan.
  The production line uses an industrial-grade tablet PC with a liquid crystal display and a user-friendly interface, which displays the real-time operating status of the production line and records operational parameters.
  The control cabinet is a dustproof enclosure with a glass front panel and is equipped with air conditioning. Emergency operation cabinets are provided at the front, middle, and rear of the production line.
