Product Description
A Vertical Aluminum Alloy T6 Heat Treatment Line
1. Applications: Primarily used for solution treatment and aging heat treatment of small-batch aluminum alloy castings, extrusions, and forgings. Also mainly used for annealing, solution treatment, aging, and stress-relief annealing of aluminum alloy materials.
II. Characteristics
It consists of a high-bay air-circulation aluminum alloy solid-solution heating furnace, a mobile trolley equipped with a quenching tank and material baskets, a chamber-type aging furnace, and a temperature PLC-based mechanical motion control system with a human-machine interface touch screen.
Uniformity of furnace temperature in solid-solution heating furnaces: Grade 1 furnaces ≤ ±3℃, Grade 2 furnaces ≤ ±5℃.
Workpiece quenching transfer time for the solid-solution heating furnace: ≤15 seconds, which can meet the requirement of 6–12 seconds.
The furnace door of the solid-solution heating furnace features pneumatic (or hydraulic) automatic opening and closing with a tight sealing mechanism.
The four hooks on the material basket of the solid-solution heating furnace are controlled by a PLC to move the water tank and operate the lifting mechanism for the material basket. The system can automatically engage and disengage the hooks. Before the program continues running, it must first verify via on-site video that the four hooks have been reliably disengaged, confirmed by manual operation of the corresponding buttons.
Mobile tank car: composed of a quenching water tank, a quenching water heating control system, an automatic water-level monitoring device, a manual water-supply inlet, a mechanical stirring device, a material basket platform, a mobile flatcar, a drag chain, rails, and limit switches.
The control system consists of three main components: temperature control and recording, mechanical motion control, and industrial PC control. An intelligent digital controller implements temperature control, a PLC handles mechanical motion control, and the industrial PC serves as the host computer for monitoring the entire system and recording data.
The aging furnace features a box-type structure. The solution heat treatment charge baskets are placed on a furnace trolley, and the furnace door is electrically opened and closed. The trolley is driven electrically for loading and unloading. As for the temperature uniformity of the aging furnace: Class I furnaces have a temperature uniformity of ≤ ±3℃, while Class II furnaces have a temperature uniformity of ≤ ±5℃. Each is equipped with an emergency operation cabinet.
