Box-type furnace unit tempering (normalizing) heat treatment automatic line


This production line consists of a box-type heating furnace, a box-type tempering furnace, a quenching tank, a rapid cooling platform for normalizing, loading and unloading platforms, a three-axis quenching machine, and a fully automatic control system for the entire production line. It is equipped with a protective atmosphere supply function. The entire production line adopts centralized control, enabling batch processing of workpieces without the need for material trays. The system automatically retrieves workpieces from the upper platform into the heating furnace, then automatically performs the quenching (normalizing), tempering, and further normalizing processes once the required procedures are completed. On the touch-screen interface, users can program multiple process sequences and record all furnace data—including workpiece numbers, material numbers, operator information, temperatures, process durations, alarm records, and process curves. Operators can access and review both current and historical data at any time.
